When Noah Tsutsui approached me to help get his front-end development services out in the market, he needed a brand and a site that would communicate simple, modern website design and a message that was easy to understand: I'll make you look good.

Noah has coded many of the sites I've designed for various clients and continues to offer his services although Refresh as a brand has yet to be launched.
